Triad Trail Race Series: 8 km

Join us for our 6th season of the Triad Trail Race Series of races. Each race is a different distance at a different park. They are fun, low-key events designed to get people out on the trails and get active (and maybe a little dirty).

The 2008 Schedule
Race #1 - 10/11 - 4 Mile Run - Country Park
Race #2 - 11/09 - 8k Run - Gibson Park
Race #3 - 12/13 - 10k Run - Bur Mil Park

All races begin at 9:00 AM

You may enter 1, 2, or all three races.

Race #2 Entry: $20.00

The course/location details
Gibson Park is located at 5217 W Wendover Ave. From Greensboro take West Wendover Avenue out of town, crossing over I-40. After crossing over the East Fork of Deep River, the entrance to Gibson Park will be on the left.

The majority of the 8k is over rolling single track. You will be treated to wooded terrain and views of Jamestown City Lake.

Packet Pickup
Packets will be available at OFF 'N RUNNING on the day b/4 all races. You are encouraged to pick up your packet early. OFF 'N RUNNING is located at 2201 Joan Ave in Greensboro.

Race Cap
Each race is capped at 150 participants. Sign up soon before it fills up!
